I am a Resident at Cramers Court for over two years and I would like to tell those who may be looking for a suitable home for themselves or their relative of my living experience at Cramers Court. I am very happy that I chose Cramers Court as my new home from home.

In the Home we have Residents of different abilities, some who have suffered a stroke or dementia, or some like myself who can walk or are wheelchair bound with perfect memories but who can no longer cope on our own at Home. It is hard to imagine but all the Residents get on together and enjoy an active social life with our fellow Residents. I attribute this to attention we receive from the Nurses, Carers and the Managers who work in harmony and always have our happiness care and wellbeing as their number one priority.

Great thought is given to the Food we receive with daily choices and speciality foods prepared for individuals health needs.

We have plenty of activities such as cards, music sessions and movie nights which are organised throughout the week and regular excursions to the Sea, or theatre and off course our annual trip to see the Christmas lights in Cork which I especially enjoy. Our Gardens are beautiful to walk around and just to sit and watch and listen to the birds. I have made many friends with my fellow residents and in fact I could describe Cramers Court as one large happy Family.

This is my happy experience of residing at Cramers Court and so many other Residents feel the same.

Mum is treated with outstanding love and care at Cramers Court and it is a comfort to her that her Family know she is being cared for so well. Mum says those caring for me are all my friends.

When Cramers Court introduced Skype I was delighted as despite living overseas we can now see and speak with my Mother on a regular basis and she can see her grandchildren grow up in between our visits home.
